The staff here are friendly and always ready to assist, plus the location is convenient being close to restaurants in town and the city center.

i didn't feel like leaving, spent great time and strongly recommend. the place was wonderful and newly remodelled and restaurant was great. the location was particularly good in the residential area. easily reached good fortune, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. the staff were helpful and superfriendly and made me feel welcome.

The staff were amicable and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge...

I loved staying at this 4-star hotel! The location in a residential area was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area and terrace. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Well fitted into the countryside, with free, safe parking and big family room.

In general very good service, helpful efficient staff in particular the receptionist. Well equipped rooms and quiet. Convenient and spacious car parking available. Food excellent.

Only one problem to note, the fire alarm went off early one morning at 5.45am and guests didn't know what to do, everyone rushed out to the lobby and then outside but no staff about to give guidance and direction and no apologies for disruption or explanation given.
